By Rail:
Faridabad is on the broad gauge of New Delhi- Mumbai Line, and the New Delhi and Hazrat Nizammudin Railway Stations are just about 30 Km from the Faridabad railway station.
The trains for Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and others are easily accessible from here. Local Trains runs between New Delhi and Faridabad. There are three railway stations in the city viz. Faridabad(FDB), New Town Faridabad(FDN) and Ballabgarh(BVH) .

By Road:
The National Highway-2 (Delhi-Mathura Road) passes through the city of Faridabad, and thus it is well connected to nearby states. Roadways services of Haryana (Haryana Roadways) and neighbouring states such as Delhi Transport Corporation, Uttar Pardesh Transport Department, Madhya Pradesh Transport Department, etc. are rather easily accessible. Moreover, Delhi Metro Rail is to cover the city by 2010 as proposed by the Government of Delhi.
